Comcast Pushes Back Data Cap Plans in 12 States Comcast has announced it won't enforce its 1.2TB data cap and overage fees in the northeastern US until 2022. The ISP says it's giving people "more time to become familiar with the new plan," but Ars Technica reports it faced a lot of backlash for the fees to begin with.
