A jury deliberated for about four hours before finding 18-year-old John Honore guilty as charged in the death of Linda Frickey, the woman he and three other minors carjacked and dragged to her death. He faces life in prison with a chance at parole after 25 years. Jillian Kramer was in the courtroom and has this report. Five people were shot — one of them fatally — Monday afternoon in two separate but related shootings, one in the 7th Ward and the other in the Marigny. Witnesses said they heard upwards of 50 gunshots and one said an automatic weapon was involved. Missy Wilkinson has the details.
