2024年4月、TokyoDexはフィリップス・ジャパンと共に、日本全国の多種多様な従業員の本質を捉えるユニークなプロジェクトに取り組みました。全国のフィリップス社員からアンケートを通じてフィードバックを集め、従業員自らの経験、価値観、地域に対する誇りを映し出した作品をキュレーションしました。
完成した作品たちは、日本各地域の特徴を豊かな文化や自然の美しさを表現しています。これらの作品は穏やかな風景や川、郷土料理といった地域の伝統、そして人々の温かさや協調性を浮き彫りにしています。また、デジタルトランスフォーメーションや革新的な医療技術といった現代的なテーマも盛り込み、フィリップスの進歩と卓越性への姿勢を表現しています。社員同士の和は、繋がり、チームワーク、目標の分かち合いを象徴するモチーフで表現されています。

In April, working closely with Philips Japan, TokyoDex embarked on a journey to capture the essence of their diverse workforce across Japan. By gathering feedback from Philips employees stationed all over Japan via questionnaires, we curated a collection of artwork that reflects their collective experiences, values, and regional pride. The resulting oeuvre delves into the cultural richness and natural beauty that define various regions in Japan. It highlights the significance of local traditions like “morning culture” and regional cuisine, the serene landscapes and rivers, and the warmth and cooperation that characterize the people. The artwork also integrates modern themes of digital transformation and innovative medical technology, showcasing Philips’ commitment to progress and excellence. The collaboration between employees is represented through motifs that symbolize connection, teamwork, and shared goals.

TokyoDex recently contributed to Net TAM's 'Relay Column' interview series. Net TAM began as a Toyota CSR project and is now widely recognized as one of the largest information centers for integrating art into various initiatives by artists, designers, and business professionals.
For this column, which invites a guest to discuss the theme of "entrepreneurship" in each issue, our CEO Daniel Harris Rosen, shared the journey of TokyoDex from its founding to the present day. He spoke about our company's mission and how we leverage art in business initiatives, build relationships between companies and artists, and connect with society through art. Daniel also discussed the innovation, diverse dialogues, and potential that art brings in today's rapidly changing society.
