Chakras are energy centers located throughout what’s known as the subtle body – ‘subtle’ meaning something we can’t see, but can often sense or feel energetically. There are seven main chakras positioned along the spine, and each one is connected to different aspects of our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
