The 2025 British Grand Prix gets underway at 10AM ET on Sunday, July 6th at Silverstone, with McLaren leading the charge into their home race.
Oscar Piastri tops the drivers’ standings with 216 points after five wins, but teammate Lando Norris is just 15 points behind following a brilliant victory in Austria. With massive home support and the debut of his sold-out “Landostand,” Norris will be desperate to win at Silverstone for the first time.
Max Verstappen, now third in the championship, is under pressure after a DNF in Austria. Red Bull’s title defence continues to falter, with the team down in fourth in the constructors’ standings.
Lewis Hamilton returns to Silverstone in Ferrari red, chasing a record 10th British GP win, while McLaren sit comfortably atop the teams’ standings with 417 points.
With championship tensions rising and home favourites in top form, Silverstone is set for a thrilling showdown.
