We’re happy to announce the initial speaker line-up for our first-ever Singapore on-site event with discussions on the city-state’s office, industrial, residential, REIT markets and opportunities for Singaporean capital in Australia, scheduled for Tuesday 18 October 2022 at the Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay hotel.

For our keynote interview, we are proud to welcome Jeffrey Perlman, managing director, head of Southeast Asia and Asia Pacific real estate for Warburg Pincus. In a 30-minute session, Mingtiandi founder Michael Cole will speak with Perlman, who is also chairman of ESR, about his experiences leading group, which now stands as the world’s third-largest listed real estate investment manager with a total AUM of $140 billion, and his expectations for the Lion city as it grows in stature globally.

Joining our Singapore office investment panel will be Peng Wei Tan, managing director for Singapore real estate at Blackstone; Terence Teo, managing director of local private equity firm TE Capital Partners; and Xian Yang Wong of Cushman & Wakefield who heads up research in the consultancy’s Singapore office. More speakers will be announced in the coming weeks.
