5-Day Patient Safety Certificate Program Sept. 11-15, Dec. 4-8 Our five-day Patient Safety Certificate Program immerses participants in key concepts, improvement tools and strategies to reduce preventable harm to patients, whether at the level of unit/clinic, department or hospital. Participants learn not only performance improvement tools and methods, but also approaches to effectively engage their organizations and drive culture change in patient safety and health care quality.
