On Monday one of the world’s top investment banks, Citi, put out a report called “BITCOIN: At the Tipping Point”, which has been causing quite a stir across the crypto-net and beyond. “Absolutely fantastic birds eye view of the bitcoin phenomenon from Citi,” tweeted crypto VC Nic Carter. “It’s incredibly well done and very fair. Highly recommend giving this one a read”.

Eleven years ago John Lothian News began work on a video series about the history of financial futures. We were motivated to get this history on video because of the death of Jack Wing, the CEO of The Chicago Corporation, who was an early supporter and proponent of the financial futures products. We wanted to preserve this history in video format before those that had created financial futures all disappeared.
