Landry is seeking a rewrite of the state's constitution, moving to gain more control over various state boards, and attempting to sideline U.S. Rep. Garret Graves, a potential rival. Today's eclipse is expected to reach 88 percent in the Baton Rouge area, but overcast skies may make the viewing a bit difficult.
