I had a chance recently to visit one-on-one with Jeff Ireland, the Saints assistant general manager and college scouting director, who oversees the Saints' drafts. During our extensive 40-minute Q&A session, Ireland broke down every Saints draft pick and explained what the Saints liked about each player and the reasoning behind the selection.
