Performance Forward Motion Dance Company Tonight: Thursday, August 17, 7-8 PM A preview of new dance works along with returning pieces "re-created" by choreographer Tracey Varga. Returning will be a collaboration with local musician Julia Walker Jewell, completing the dance to her original piano composition "The Dance of the Coin". A dance presented by local teen dancers from DREAMS, The Dance Cooperative, The Dance Element and Wilmington School of Ballet will be performed. The evening will include dances set to music by Nat King Cole, David Bowie, James Brown and Earth Wind and Fire, plus an opportunity for audience Q&A with the performers about the creative process.
