Good morning from Crete! We started the Java Specialists Slack team a number of years ago and it has grown to over 11k members, the largest Slack team in the #Java world. It has always been on a free tier at Slack (with those numbers it is simply not affordable for me to go to a standard tier), which means that we only see the last 10k messages. A lot of interesting conversations have been lost in the sands of time. Apparently Slack can be persuaded to upgrade an account, even if it is not an official non-profit organization.
