Maybe this JAMES DAMORE guy is just guilty of a total lack of emotional intelligence? Is that it? Whether you agree with his stance or not is it an example of the output or problem with a corporate culture that thinks everything is codified and is a system? Just thinking out loud. Well, ever hang out at Google? There's a lot of that. A lot of that in SILICON VALLEY to be exact. I swear some of those peeps don't even blink when they talk for like 15 minutes. It's freaky. But on the other hand, I really like a lot of the people I've met at Google over the years. I even like some of the robots. But, I don't want to dwell on this today. I want to shift the gears and give a huge ear-to-ear smiling shoutout to the GOOGLE DOODLE team (specifically the CORE HIP HOP TEAM) for their totally amazing celebration of 44TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE BIRTH OF HIP HOP. Great performances from AUBREY PLAZA, ELIZABETH OLSEN, O'SHEA JACKSON, JR. and a stellar breakout nut bag one from BILLY MAGNUSSEN as the nightmare of a brother. This movie soured me on social media and dating for a long moment... Every news channels should rethink their pundit strategy for both sides of the aisle. We need fruitful discussions and debates. Not pre-planned fights with one layer of talking points. This is that industry's current shame. CNN fires JEFFREY LORD. But the problem is way deeper and the causation very cynical. We're talking about our country and constructive discourse. Not the JERRY SPRINGER show. It's honestly a disgrace all over. Want to trust the news? You need trust the people that report it and critique it. If they say and do stupid s*** that breaks that trust. It's on them. Take a look at yourselves and do us the respect of fixing it...
