Good Morning. The private equity market in Japan is a bright spot in Asia, but it's not clear that international law firms are up to the task. Also, we're looking at law firm billing rate hikes, which are not slowing down and are likely to surge this year. And we're examining trends in all the climate-related lawsuits that were filed globally in 2023, including cases against corporate directors and officers over their management of climate risks.
