“What if I sang again?” That was the question Brian Seth Hurst asked long-time friend and music director Michael Orland. The answer is tonight’s show!
Forty years ago, Hurst was a singer songwriter and actor in New York. But twists of fate and turns of magic took him in a different direction working in Hollywood from talent executive to writer, producer, technologist, and author. Even to a best-selling kid’s book written with Olivia Newton-John.
Now he is back to his first love and where it all began telling some great behind the scenes stories and singing Broadway, the American songbook, and originals written with great collaborators- composers Michael Orland, John Boswell, Allison Brewster Franzetti and the late Jeffrey Roy.
Directed by Lee Martino with music direction by Michael Orland.
