Good Morning! We set records yesterday, as temperatures soared to near 100. The heat won't let up much today. In addition, humidity levels have jumped up and that means heat index values will be high today. Much of South Texas will see the "feels like" temperatures jump above 100. Isolated showers and storms are also forecast to develop (30%) during the afternoon hours. The best chance for rain today looks to be north of I-10 and Highway 90. That slight chance of rain continues into tonight. Friday and the weekend look relatively dry, minus a few pop up showers along the coastal plains. Otherwise, the summer-like heat shows no signs of letting up. Stay cool!
