Good afternoon,

It's the weekend and there's plenty going.

Tonight will mark the official start of the festive season in Preston as the Christmas lights switch on event takes place.

Stars from S Club 7, Blue and Gem & Cook from CBeebies ‘Swashbuckle’ will take to the stage during the festive show.

If you are heading down to the Flag Market, we got you covered with everything you need to know ahead of the event.

As always, we'll be there covering the event, so stay tuned for our coverage later tonight and tomorrow morning.

Have a great Saturday.

Colin
