Who's got talent? Heat 1 Thursday, 4 February I Heat 2 Saturday, 13 March I Grand Final Saturday, 10 April Registrations for Cockburn's Got Talent are open so if you've got some hidden talent you're just dying to show people, register today! With $500 up for grabs for first place, what are you waiting for? Categories include: 5-10 I 11-17 I 18+ Heats take place at Cockburn Youth Centre, 6-9.30pm and the grand final will take place at the Cultural Fair, 3-7pm, Harmony Oval, Harvest Lakes.
Free Christmas activities for the whole family Saturday, 5 December, Legacy Park, Cockburn Central, 4.30-8pm (AUSLAN Interpreted event) It's on this Saturday! It's free, family Christmas fun. Christmas on the Green is an afternoon and evening filled with activities including camel rides, face and mould painting, Sandcard creations and you can even visit Santa's grotto and see where the magic of Christmas happens, you may even bump into old Saint Nic! When the sun sets, settle down on the green with your picnics and blankets and enjoy singing along with awesome entertainers to Christmas carols. Food can be purchased on site.
Chill-out to awesome tunes on Oz Day! Tuesday 26 January 2021, Coogee Beach Reserve, 8am-midday Get your FREE sausage sizzle, chill out and enjoy tunes from Murphy's Lore, Dilip 'n the Davs, Binjarb Middars Aboriginal dance group and something new for the kids - Flamingo Stings, a unique musical experience. Other activities include: Water amusements and rides Multicultural foods (available to purchase) Sandcastle competition (win a family pass to Rotto!)Mermaids on the beach!
