Plus, is air frying REALLY healthy?

I once went to a diner with a friend who opened the spout on the sugar dispenser and proceeded to pour a steady stream into her coffee for what felt like 30 straight seconds. I'm convinced there was more sugar than coffee in her mug. I have other friends who drink their coffee black, and others whose Starbucks orders are so long you need an auctioneer to rattle them off. If there's a "healthiest" way to drink coffee, which of us are doing it right? No one's more qualified to answer this question than nutritionists, so we asked them to rate all the ingredients we add to coffee. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at some of the ingredients they're OK with!
Keep scrolling for a must-read on air frying, some reassurance that you're not the only person who's feeling burned out in the kitchen and much more. Have a great weekend!

Fried food without all the oil sounds too good to be true, so we asked registered dieticians to tell us how healthy it really is. TLDR: if you use an air fryer often, there are definitely some pitfalls you should avoid. |
