They’re building more than 1,700 ships a year (while the U.S. only builds five). At this pace, China will soon gain full dominance over global shipping routes. Which – and this is not an exaggeration – could lead to China becoming the most powerful nation on Earth. That’s why USTR said that “...responsive action is appropriate.” And I can’t help but wonder… Is this the “action” USTR was referring to?
