Happy Memorial Day!

         Important Payanywhere updates!
We’ve improved our Payanywhere welcome emails! Now, new merchants will receive clearer steps on how to get started, including setting up equipment and logging in to both the Payanywhere app and Payments Hub. The email also provides helpful tips, links to tutorials, and contact information of our support teams.

We’ve also made an important change to the Payanywhere Smart Solution setup process. Now, upon receiving their equipment, merchants will need to use the Payanywhere Installer app that is on the terminal to download the most recent version of the app. This change will ensure merchants begin processing on the most up-to-date version of the app. We have updated the welcome letter and quick start guides to reflect this change. Sample QSG.

Coming soon: We heard your feedback and we have updated the communications that merchants will receive about funding holds. They are now less aggressive and more complimentary to merchants increasing their sales volume. An example of the new wording is below!
