Lots of people suffering from energy and mood issues think they have the so-called condition, which is said to happen when the adrenal glands get overwhelmed due to chronic stress. But experts say there's no science to suggest adrenal fatigue is even real—and that this label keeps people from addressing the true cause of their problems.
