IOC Executive Board meeting and 9th Olympic Summit - Information for the media The International Olympic Committee (IOC) Executive Board (EB) will meet remotely by videoconference through a secure electronic system on Monday 7 December 2020. The EB is scheduled to receive updates on the activities of the IOC commissions and administration, as well as reports from the Coordination Commissions and Organising Committees for the upcoming Olympic Games. Please click here to see the schedule. The IOC will hold a press conference with IOC President Thomas Bach on Monday 7 December. From Tuesday to Thursday, the IOC EB will continue its consultative meetings to assess the results of Olympic Agenda 2020 and will hold in-depth discussions about a future roadmap. In addition, the IOC has convened the 9th Olympic Summit for Saturday 12 December. This will also be held remotely by videoconference through a secure electronic system. The Olympic Summit brings together leading representatives of the Olympic Movement. It forms part of the ongoing dialogue and consultation on important issues and subjects of significance for the future of the Olympic Movement. The IOC will share the agenda and the list of participants in advance of the Olympic Summit. Like in the past, there will be a communique published by the IOC after the meeting.
