Marshmallow Polar Bears

Marshmallow Polar Bears - two finished bears next to a cup of chocolate with a floating, melting polar bearI love marshmallows, so naturally I have all available sizes in my kitchen. This is a fun edible craft that uses three sizes of marshmallows to make polar bears that can be eaten as a snack, or used to float on top of hot chocolate. This is a great all-ages project!

Holiday Pepper Appetizers
Spread cream cheese with chives on pepper sections, and top with shredded Cheddar cheese. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Freezing Cheese Dip
I decided to try freezing Rotel tomato Velveta cheese dip. It freezes well.
