In New York City's Greenwich Village, a townhouse briefly owned by "Sex and the City" star Sarah Jessica Parker—and reportedly only used to store her wardrobe—has reemerged for sale at $30 million after an architect-led renovation, while "Annie Hall's" Diane Keaton hung a $29 million price tag on her industrial-loft-meets-California-farmhouse-style abode in Los Angeles. About 90 miles up the coast, former chat show host Ellen DeGeneres, now living in the U.K., has shed one of her last remaining homes in the U.S., a refurbished midcentury bungalow in Montecito that sold for $5.2 million, $200,000 more than the asking price. And in Greenwich, Connecticut, the late, legendary Mary Tyler Moore's stately seven-acre spread, anchored by a 14,000-square-foot home and a 65-foot swimming pool, has changed hands for $16.9 million.
