Good Morning. TikTok may soon be banned in the U.S. as an appellate court has upheld a law forcing the video-sharing app to either be sold or shut down in the United States. Also, Cleary and White & Case are involved in a showdown in New York over a $5 billion Brazilian bankruptcy.
