Good Afternoon, AT&T and Verizon have already begun the process of shutting down their 3G networks. That means that the Verifone Vx680 or Ingenico iWL 255 credit card terminals will soon be rendered obsolete. Don’t worry: We’re upgrading merchants with these devices to new 4G-ready Payanywhere Smart Terminals for free! We’re in the process of verifying impacted merchants’ shipping addresses and will start shipping the Smart Terminals soon, along with shipping labels to allow merchants to return their Vx680s or iWL 255s to us, also free of charge.  We will begin notifying affected merchants of these upcoming changes via email on either 1/24 or 1/31. Once their Smart Terminals arrive, they will need to follow the Quick Start Guide included with their new terminal to power up, connect to wifi, install the Payanywhere app, and log in. If your merchants already have a Payments Hub account, they can log in to the Payanywhere app using the password they created during enrollment.
