| How will coronavirus affect Time Out offers? | |
We know this isn’t the right time to be filling your inbox with offers for going out in London, so we’re going to cut down the number of emails we send out. We’ll still tell you about great offers you can use now, such as online courses, home deliveries and offers that have long redemption periods (so you can plan for when everyone is out and about again).
Currently, if an event you booked through us is cancelled, you are entitled to a full refund, so there’s no need to worry if you have an event coming up soon. With bookings for venues such as restaurants and salons, you still have your 14-day refund guarantee (starting from when you purchased the offer). After that, you will only be entitled to a refund if the venue is shut – if the government advises all such venues to close, we will review our T&Cs and let you know about any changes.
We are currently working with our suppliers to try and extend the amount of time you have to use your offers, so you can still enjoy the best of London when things return to normal. We will let you know about these extensions where necessary.
