Good Afternoon, In an effort to streamline our boarding process, effective 12.5.22, we will be updating the sponsor bank auto-routing of new merchant submissions, so that: Any merchant acceptable with sponsor BMO Harris, will be auto-routed to them. If the merchant vertical is prohibited at BMO, Enrollment will automatically enroll the merchant with sponsor bank, Fresno First. Please be advised that BMO Harris has a 10 p.m. ET batch cut time (two hours earlier than Fresno First) so you’ll need to email Underwriting immediately after submitting a merchant to request boarding on Fresno First if the merchant needs a 12 a.m. ET cut time at [email protected].
