There was a lot to do about it: the implementation of the VGM (Verified Gross Mass). The new regulation was carried out at July 1st and we can honestly say that the implementation has run smoothly. Our customers have been informed sufficiently and are taking the regulation seriously. For this reasons we are able to supply the VGM to the carriers promptly.

French authorities have published new guidance for the road transport sector. The law states that as of 1 July 2016 foreign-based drivers must receive the French minimum wage and foreign operators must designate a representative in France. It is not clear how this situation will develop the coming period. Til sofar Hooymeijer deals in compliance with the rules, so we can continue our services. Hans te Lindert, the lucky winner of the Facebook action, received the scalemodel Volvo F88 last week. His daughter Marion joined the action as a surprise for Hans. She knows that Hans has been a fanatic scale model collector for years. Hans used to drive a Volvo F88 himself, so this copy will get a prominent place at his house.
