A Chicago chef picked up one of the top awards in the country for the seventh year in a row. Food & Wine released its list of the best new chefs in the country for 2016 this morning, and Iliana Regan, chef/owner of Elizabeth and the recently-opened Bunny, the Micro Bakery, was honored by the magazine.
