Whether you don't want to heat up the kitchen or the the kids want treats, it's nice to have a few no-bake cookie recipes on hand. We thought we would share some of our favorites with you.
Don't miss the chocolate, peanut butter, and oat cookies shown at the top.
Every kid likes Rice Krispie treats. We tend to get carried away with fancy jams and white chocolate. See the Marionberry White Chocolate Treat Recipe. But for the kids, they'll take them plain or with a layer of fudge frosting on top but if you want to blow them away add some cherry bubblegum jelly to theirs. (We added some peanuts with the jelly for a PB&J.)
Everyone needs a good peanut butter no bake cookie. This is one we have used for years.
I always thought buckeyes were cool. They're pretty, they're fun, and chocolate over a peanut butter flavored center has to be good.
