It seems we've had dairy on the brain lately, because just about every story this week is either about avoiding dairy (vegan ice creams, vegan cookbooks, plant-based milk alternatives) or how to get the most nutrition from your dairy (yogurt).
While many of us are willing to cut meat out of our diets to save the planet, dairy is one of those things that's more of a sticking point for most people. This weekend, maybe start thinking about your dairy consumption and where you'd be willing to cut back (and where you won't ... while I can dig some of the amazing new vegan ice creams out there, I'll never be able to quit cheese!).
