Dear John,

If you are throwing dirt, you are just losing ground.

But that is the temptation isn’t it? Someone attacks us, covers us in shade, or ridicules our idea, our temptation is to react with mudslinging of our own.

Coaches know a better way. Coaches understand that no one can make them feel inferior without their permission - so they don’t give them permission!

What about you? Do you have the mindset and skills to respond with love instead of dirt? Afterall, when you really think about it, isn’t it really sad and pitiful that someone would try and step on you to gain an advantage?
