Amazon’s FC Ambassadors embarrassment proves the importance of authenticity in employee social media
A year after launch, FC Ambassadors is back in the news , and not for a good reason. After one Twitter user, Diana Wilde, responded to an Amazon tweet, she was bombarded with tweets from more than half a dozen FC Ambassadors. In the end, she tweeted “i feel like im talking to the borg”, which has been retweeted nearly 4,000 times and liked by more than 33,000 other Twitter users. Read more .
