For the fifth year in a row, we bring you a day-long celebration of authors and creators dedicated to crafting literature for kiddos ages eight through 12.
Welcome to 2023! We hope you had a restful, joyous holiday season and feel refreshed for the new year. To start the semester on a fun note, join us March 9th for our SLJ Middle Grade Magic virtual event! We can’t announce the keynote speakers just yet (you’ll be over the moon when we do), but you can expect author panels on activism, stories in verse, historical fiction, and more! And for the first time, this event will feature librarian-led sessions that offer valuable resources and takeaways for your patrons and students.
