He faces 34 felony counts for falsifying business records tied to a $130,000 payment made to adult film star Stormy Daniels. Finding 12 jurors that are impartial to No. 45 could prove to be a challenge. The trial comes after several failed attempts by Trump to delay it until after Election Day. The trial will not be televised and could last until June.
