Pinhook South Apartments, located near the intersection of Verot School and Pinhook roads, have gone through several ownership changes in recent years, and residents there say the conditions of many of the units have become nearly unlivable. Tenants couldn't recall just how many but estimate that it's been as many as four companies in the past two years. They are currently owned by Miami-based AB Asset Managment, which bought the property from the troubled Global Ministries Foundation in February. You can read the story here.
