I shop for a living, but the funny thing is, I don't shop for myself all that often. I know: It doesn't make total sense, but in short, I basically spend 10 hours a day online shopping for the best things, and after that, I don't feel like looking online for myself. But, every now and then, I do get bitten by the shopping bug—like right now—which means I'll scroll in bed to see what pieces spark some joy.
First up on my fall wish list are these butt-boosting Spanx pants. I'm a sucker for all-things Spanx, especially its top-quality ponte pants that shape, smooth, and feel like sweats, but wear like elegant trousers. This particular pair has a trendy wide-leg silhouette I plan on styling with my knee-high boots for a fun fall ensemble that's comfy but chic.
I'm also a big fan of ballet flats, but this just-dropped pair from Italian shoe brand M.Gemi has details that make it superior to most I've tried. I'm talking about the affordable lace-up front that draws inspiration from IRL ballerina shoes, plus the unstructured design that makes them totally bendable. And last but certainly not least, these Madewell jeans have cool written all over them. From the versatile dark wash to the wide-leg cut, they're equal parts comfy but ooze cool-girl, too, which is why I plan on living in them this fall. |
