I love my sweetheart. She's my best friend, my best help, and my best inspiration. I tell her that I love everyday but it's better when I show her. Yesterday we got our first snowstorm and I made her cream of tomato soup with fresh tomatoes. (But she made me pumpkin fritters with pure maple syrup.)
1. Chocolate Covered Caramel Apples. They're not hard. All you need is some good quality apples, caramels, and some great chocolate. If you melt caramel candy, they're even easier than cooking a batch of caramel. See how to make the caramel from scratch.
