TICKETS
Please do not get your tickets anywhere else than in our official ticketshop. We cannot guarantee entrance for tickets bought at any other platform.
If you already have a ticket do not forget to personalise it, otherwise you will not be able to download your ticket. More info can be found here.
TOKENS
Tokens are used to buy food and drinks. Tokens are available at the festival grounds and can be bought with cash and pin card
To reduce waste we will be working with a recycle token system. This means you will receive one free recycle token upon entrance. When you get your first drink you hand in your recycle token. From then on, you hand in your empty cup whenever you get a new drink. When you do not hand in an empty cup you will have to pay 1 token extra, so be smart and hand in those empty cups!
LOCKERS
Lockers are available in our ticketshop until 24 hours before the start of the festival . Lockers can also be bought at the festival grounds. Pin card payments only, no cash.
PARKING
Parking tickets are available in our ticketshop until 24 hours before the start of the festival. Parking tickets are also available at the festival grounds. We have plenty of available parking space. Pin card payments only, no cash.
SHUTTLE BUS
The first shuttle bus will depart at 11:00 in the morning from the Rhoneweg, nearby Amsterdam Sloterdijk railway station. From that moment onwards, the shuttle bus rides back and forth to the festival terrain all day long. For your return trip from the festival to Sloterdijk railway station, please keep in mind that you might have to wait at the bus stop for a little while depending on how busy it is. Also make sure to calculate the time it takes to collect your things from your locker and walk back to the bus stop. The last shuttle bus leaves the festival at 00:30. Make sure to leave in time for your train or bus departure.
