Isiah Dequan Hayes, 19, and Dairus Jumare Ice, 22, are being held in the Shelby County Jail. The victim's mother told police she found a video on a cell phone and realized the horrific video showed Hayes and her daughter. The arrest affidavit said the attack was reported in October of 2016. Isiah Dequan Hayes and Daireus Jumare Ice from Tennessee were indicted for allegedly raping a 9-month-old girl and filming the attack. She was able to identify the teen through Facebook and turned the information over to police. Police were also able to identify the suspect and arrested Hayes on February 13. Police said the young man admitted to the sexual assault. The district attorney's office told FOX13 Ice was the person taking the video. Hayes is charged with aggravated rape of a child and especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor.
DearWebby's Tech Support Pits From: Shonda Re: End of W7 ? Dear Webby, Merry Christmas to you, I have windows 7 a computer. Will I have to buy another computer with windows 10? Or can I keep this computer. How do I get a program that will support windows 7. I don't have the money to buy another computer. Help please. Thank you S.J. Dear Shonda W7 works just fine. It is the same as cars. How many 2015 cars out there work just fine? My 1998 Mazda B2300 pick-up works just fine too. Sure, if I win the lottery, then I will buy a 2020 Lincoln Navigator with the gull-wing doors. Until then, I will continue driving the old Mazda. Windows 7 works just fine. Don't let the con artists confuse you. Microsoft Support for it may stop. So What? Have you EVER gotten any usable support from them? Me neither. As for programs for W7, they will all continue working just fine. I use Open Office. It is FREE, and some people use it even on ancient XP machine. What else do you think you might need? Buy yourself a case of coffee instead. Have FUN! DearWebby

It was testimony night in the church. A lady got up and said, "We are living in a wicked land where sin is on every hand. I have had a terrible fight with the old devil all week." Whereupon her husband, who was sitting glumly by her side said, "It's not all the devil's fault; she's not that easy to get along with either on some days."

One Sunday a priest announced he was passing out minature crosses made of palm leaves. "Put this cross in the room where your family argues most," he advised. "When you look at it, the cross will remind you that God is watching." When the parishoners were leaving church, a woman walked up to the priest, shook his hand and said, "I'll take five."
What's the Heirloom Christmas Book about? It is a BIG e-book with all the stories, that your great grandmother recited or read to your grandmother, when she was a kid. I want these stories to be preserved. You may know what it is about, when somebody mentions "bittersweet love like in 'The Gift Of The Magi'," but with today's education, your kids or even their teachers, probably don't know. So I collected these classics and put them all together into one e-book. This book of Christmas Stories is a cultural treasure, that should be passed on to our descendants. Since it is in e-book format, you can put it onto a CD for each kid, and fill the rest of the CD with family pictures and other keepsakes, making it a true heirloom. I have produced a smaller version last year. This final edition has more stories and illustrations, but I kept the price down to the same $10. The Heirloom Christmas Book also makes a nice Christmas gift! Click on the book cover to get your copy or click on Heirloom Christmas Book http://webby.com/cb You can download it and give the file as a gift! ___________________________________________________ Daily tip from Thriftyfun.com Thriftyfun.com
Shoe Polish Instead of Replacing Shoes My husband was going to buy another pair of $85 shoes because his were scuffed. Instead, I spent $4 on shoe polish and they look beautiful! Sounds like a no-brainer, but I'm guilty of replacing expensive shoes when shoe polish would have done the job. By Britt from Boston, MA Personally, I usually wear off-road type sneakers, because I don't want to be limited by my footwear, and as the CEO, I set the fashion. However, I remember from college and University, a good, hard, synthetic wax will protect the shoes from getting scuffed in the first place. Just make sure you get it onto the shoes before they get near any of the daily use shoe polishes. Those are greasy and prevent a really protective wax from adhering and penetrating properly. A hard car wax produces a long lasting shine and can be buffed up quickly. Have FUN! DearWebby Thriftyfun.com also has a newsletter. ___________________________________________________ A couple trying to break into society hosted a dinner party. As the guests were enjoying their dinner salad, the maid called the hostess from the table. The maid informed her that the cat had climbed on the kitchen table and eaten a large portion of the salmon's midsection. The hostess decided to quickly drive to the corner store to get some cans of tuna and fill the eaten portion with and other camouflage. As the guests were enjoying the fish, the maid called the hostess into the kitchen and announced while wringing her hands, "Madam, the cat is dead." The hostess and her husband informed the guests and suggested it might be best if everyone went to the hospital and had their stomachs pumped. Returning home, the couple asked the maid where she had put the cat. "It is still out on the road where you ran ran over it on the way back from the store." ___________________________________________________ "Women don't need conventional tools around the house, we'll use anything that's handy. But when pounding a nail, don't use a shoe - shoes cost $40 a pair. A package of frozen hamburgers costs $2. Use the hamburger." -Jeannie ___________________________________________________ For his wife's birthday party, George ordered a cake with this inscription: "You are not getting older. You are just getting better." Asked how he wanted the message arranged, he said, "Just put 'You are not getting older' at the top and 'You are just getting better' at the bottom." It wasn't until the maid served the cake that he discovered, that the cake read: "YOU ARE NOT GETTING OLDER AT THE TOP. YOU ARE JUST GETTING BETTER AT THE BOTTOM." __________________________________________________
