It’s that time of year again. The time when everyone is rushing around buying things for their loved ones and occasionally for themselves. Put HubSpot and Uniphore into that last category. The CRM company is adding Frame AI to let users get insights from unstructured data in emails, calls, meetings and other conversations.  

Uniphore picked up not one, but two companies: ActionIQ and Infoworks. Their capabilities are being used for the new Zero Data AI Cloud, which hopes to make enterprise AI implementations easier.
