A Message From the Editor

Good Morning. The vote on the proposed HSF and Kramer Levin merger is expected soon and we're talking to HSF partners about their views on the tie-up. In Canada, we're talking to partners at some of the country's largest law firms, who are being bombarded with questions from anxious clients about U.S. tariffs. And in Hong Kong, Kirkland and Linklaters are among the law firms advising on an IPO by the world’s largest electric vehicle battery producer, China-based Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., which could raise $5 billion.
