| Call for comments on the proposed amendment of the approval restrictions for the active substance Metalaxyl-M in GB. HSE has received a dossier from Syngenta UK Limited for an amendment to the approval of the following active substance/uses: Substance: Metalaxyl-M fungicidal active substance for use on sugar beet and vining peas (both outdoor and protected). The dossier is for the amendment of the approval of this substance in GB to remove a restriction on use under permanent protection under assimilated Regulation No 1107/2009. The assessment was performed by HSE's Chemicals Regulation Division. Any interested third parties are invited to comment on the content and conclusions of the Draft Assessment Report (DAR) or share any relevant information.
