The President of the Government of Spain spoke at the first plenary session, entitled 'Together for a fair and sustainable Ibero-America', where he highlighted the importance of this summit in promoting a green, intelligent and circular transition.

The President of the Government of Spain, Pedro Sánchez, took part in the European Council on 23 and 24 March, which began with a lunch appointment with the Secretary-General of the United Nations, António Guterres, to address issues such as the war in Ukraine and its global impact, the fight against climate change and the 2030 Agenda.

The 400 euro grant is aimed at those who turn 18 during 2023 and can be spent on cultural products and activities. The Government of Spain has also improved access for people with disabilities to goods and services available to the public.
