I wanted to share with you what I plan on working on in 2021.
My most primary passion is freedom.
My freedom.
Your freedom.
The freedom of the individual.
I learned a huge lesson in life many years ago when I felt completely trapped, depressed, and hopeless. I woke up one morning realizing that I wasn’t really trapped, but afraid of the consequences of living free. I was terrified of the ramifications of acting on my freedom. |

So, I wasn’t really trapped at all except by my own fear. It was me. It was all in my mind. Believe me: the consequences were real. Unemployment, loss of money, loss of friends, loss of a home, and so much more.

But when I took that step of freedom, eventually all these things were restored to me many times over.
This is why I talk so much about freedom. I love living free and I love helping others live their lives free too.
Which explains almost all of my art. It’s about freedom as well as about critiquing those ideas, structures, powers, and people who would try to rob us of our freedom.
So, my question to you at the beginning of 2021 is, in the form of a poem:
“How will you
overcome your fear
and live freer
this year?”
