Free resources for educators |
Rural colleges and universities are more than a resource for students. They support and entire community by improving access to education and providing pathways to sustainable work. The Chronicle, in partnership with Ascendium, has created a free resource center to share real-world student stories and practical advice on programs to offer extra support. Highlights include: A video explainer on how a "rural college" is actually defined The STARS Network story— how a partnership of 16 top-tier institutions, including Vanderbilt, Columbia, and Ohio State, provides support to rural high-school seniors applying to colleges A multimedia case study on how Zane State College is preparing rural work forces for success. |
