Hi guys,

The one question I get asked more than any is: “do you ever switch off?”

While it may seem like my thumb refuses to take a break from the endless scroll, there are actually lots of wholesome things to do where I will (eventually) put my phone down to take it all in.

First up: the flamingo park in Ras Al Khor. You'll find a tiny cabin with a window where you can watch these amazing pink creatures feed between 4-5pm. It’s oddly relaxing.

Next, on Saturdays, you’ll find me at the farmers' market at one of the coolest spots in town. It's the best place to load up on fresh fruits and veggies from local farms.

And when I want to get active, this list of fitness activities is my go-to. Can you believe you can try a unique workout every day of the week in Dubai?

This weekend I'm checking out one of these beautiful outdoor restaurants while the weather is this good. There’s just something about sun, sand, sea, and greenery that *finally* gets me to switch off.
