New month, new challenges.
August has arrived, and for us over here at Oxygen, the theme is (unofficially) "Try Something You Thought You'd Never Be Able to Do" — I'll admit it's a bit clunky, but you get the idea. It doesn't matter what the "impossible" task is, but we have some suggestions.
First off, how about a handstand push-up? There's no denying that it's a challenging move, but with spot-on form, creative strength training and a healthy dose of confidence, this feat of fitness is within reach. Below, you'll find the tools you need to achieve it.
And of course, a new month means a new Oxygen Fitness Quest! This time, the goal is to walk as far as you would to summit Mount Everest via the most-used paths — nearly 55 miles — outside of your day-to-day steps. We went ahead and calculated the number of steps you'll need to take and put together a few potential plans, so all you have to do is, well, take the damn steps.
